BAC is proud to announce that Susan McGrath has joined the agency as Vice President of Marketing and Development. In this new role, McGrath will be responsible for raising brand awareness, individual and corporate giving efforts and grant acquisition.
McGrath comes to BAC with 20 years of fundraising experience beginning with United Way of Alachua County in Gainesville where she served as Communication Director. Upon relocation to Brevard County, McGrath became Vice President of Resource Development at United Way of Brevard. During her tenure in that position, she helped raise $6.3 million for the organization, the fifth largest percentage growth of any United Way in the nation. She is a 2011 LEAD Brevard “4 Under 40″ award recipient, 2015 Volunteer of the Year award winner at Rockledge High School and an honors graduate of the University of Florida.
