THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MISSION
Elisabeth “Betsy” Fenwick
Betsy Fenwick | BAC PSFB Dining
At Brevard Achievement Center, our values are more than words. They are reflected in the people who show up each day with purpose, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference.
Elisabeth “Betsy” Fenwick is a wonderful example of those values in action.
As a member of the BAC team at the Riverside Dining Facility at Patrick Space Force Base, Betsy brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine desire to connect with the people around her. Through her work, she demonstrates that meaningful employment is about more than a job. It is an opportunity to contribute, build relationships, develop confidence, and be part of a team.
Customer Centered
Betsy cares about the people she works with and the customers she serves. Her friendly personality and enthusiasm help create a welcoming environment at the dining facility.
She enjoys interacting with others and brings a positive energy to her workplace. Her willingness to connect, listen, and engage with those around her reflects BAC’s commitment to being Customer Centered.
Growth
Betsy has a natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn. One of her favorite phrases is “More Input!”, which perfectly captures her enthusiasm for learning, experiencing new things, and staying connected.
Whether she is developing skills on the job, building new friendships, or exploring something new, Betsy embraces opportunities to grow. She reminds us that growth is not always about reaching a specific destination. Sometimes it is about being willing to learn something new every day.
Ownership
Betsy takes pride in being a member of the BAC team. She approaches her responsibilities with dedication and understands that her contributions matter.
She brings consistency, enthusiasm, and a willingness to do her part. Her commitment to her work demonstrates what it means to take Ownership of your role and recognize the impact your efforts have on the larger team.
Integrity
Betsy treats others with kindness and respect. She values genuine relationships and is not afraid to speak about the importance of boundaries, self-worth, and treating people with compassion.
Her authenticity and willingness to be herself make her a valued member of the BAC community. She demonstrates that Integrity means being true to who you are while treating others with dignity and respect.
Optimism
Perhaps one of the qualities that stands out most about Betsy is her optimism.
She approaches each day with enthusiasm and a sense of possibility. She celebrates new experiences, builds lasting friendships, explores her interests, and continues to add new adventures to her bucket list.
Her outlook is a reminder that every day can bring something worth discovering.
More Than a Job
Betsy’s story is a powerful example of what can happen when people have opportunities to work, contribute, connect, and grow in an environment that values them for who they are.
At BAC, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve personal success. Betsy is doing exactly that, one day and one accomplishment at a time.
We are proud to have Betsy on our team and grateful for the optimism, kindness, curiosity, and dedication she brings to BAC every day.
Thank you, Betsy, for showing us what it means to live the BAC values.
