As the frontline support for customers, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) address and resolve beneficiary support, web service, and communications issues. Our Tier 1 Support (L1) team provides the first touchpoint in handling general inquiries and product-related questions, and provides fundamental assistance for a wide range of concerns. Our call handlers undergo a comprehensive customized training program, tailored to equip them with the precise skills, and knowledge base needed to navigate challenges in your contact center need, ensuring a seamless and effective customer support experience.
Business IT Services
In addition to full service Contact Center services, BAC offers a robust training program designed to prepare employees to seamlessly join the AbilityOne® Program, delivering top-notch IT Services. Our inclusive programs empower individuals with diverse abilities nationwide, enabling them to attain globally recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security. Our technicians and partners specialize in providing both remote and deskside services across Tier L0, L1, and L2 support scenarios; 508 compliance, testing, reporting, and web accessibility assessments; cybersecurity and myriad other IT program management services. This ensures optimal outcomes for our clients, as we meticulously match their needs with the right blend of resources and technical solutions.

With service contracts with the Department of Transportation, Military Installations, and Commercial Playing Fields our team has experience with a large assortment of grounds and facility maintenance needs.
We are committed to exceeding standards while using safe, green technology, as evidenced by the many certifications we maintain, we are one of only 320 north American companies to hold the International Sanitary Supply Association’s CIMS-Green Building (GB) certification, advanced by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, and one of even fewer to have obtained CIMS-GB with Honors status.
Since 1991, BAC’s team of experienced dining operations professionals have provided our military with award-winning service, including multiple USAF Hennessey Awards, while providing quality meals to more than 800 airmen a day and 24,500 people a month.

In addition to our work with the AbilityOne program, we also operate a production facility with extensive capabilities including full warehouse operations, EDI adherence, third-party logistics and are a registered USPS mailer/bulk mailer.
Simple assembly jobs are the nuts and bolts of our Production Center. Our customers can count on our workforce to put quality first, ensuring products are assembled and delivered in a timely fashion. By supporting individuals with disabilities through meaningful production work helps to build a more inclusive community.

Did you know that our in-house Production Center team packages over 17 million condoms a year for the Florida Department of Health? Through our RESPECT of FL contract, BAC employees package essential items such as hand sanitizer, exam gloves, and first aid kits.
