This year the collection will go to the Titusville SPCA Adoption Center (see wishlist below).

“This year’s drive is special to me because I know the Titusville SPCA does more than just care for pets until they are adopted.  Earlier this year my grandson was in a terrible car accident.  He was in ICU for nearly a month. His dog, Daisy, was also in the car at the time of the accident.  Her pelvis was fractured.  The SPCA came to the crash scene and took Daisy to their center.  They solicited donations for Daisy and paid for her surgery and rehabilitation.  They walked her using a sling when she couldn’t put weight on her legs. They feed her and let her hang out in their offices and in the cat adoption room—Daisy loves kitties.

My grandson went to visit Daisy the day he was released from the hospital and she was released to go home soon after.  Both are still recovering but I will be forever grateful to the SPCA and all they do. “

For each item collected, BAC’s Adult Day Training participants will get one water balloon to soak a staff member of their choice on our August 22nd “Water Wars” day! 

Items may be dropped off at our Rockledge headquarters Monday – Friday from 8:45am-4:45pm
