Come tingle your tastebuds at “One Sweet Night: A Celebration of Coffee and Chocolate,” Brevard Achievement Center’s (BAC) eighth annual fundraiser to raise funds for programs and services in BAC’s Habilitation and Employee Services departments.
Presented by Southern Janitor and the Viera High School Student Government, “One Sweet Night” will be held Saturday, February 23 from 7pm to 10pm at the Space Coast Convention Center/Holiday Inn Express, Cocoa (the corner of I-95 and SR520). Sweet and salty treats will be supplied by over 20 national and local eateries, bakeries and chocolatiers, as well as coffee houses. Entertainment at this year’s event will be provided by the Tampa-based Bay Kings Band, a group of professional musicians that, when not playing together, play with artists like Beck, Gotye, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and Michael Buble’.
While we want you to enjoy yourself, we also want you to assist us in raising funds for our clients. You can do so in several ways: bid on unique silent auction items or baskets that might include a pair of roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines, a Kate Spade “chocolate” tote, Omni hotel nights, rounds of golf at local courses, art, and passes to major theme parks; purchase art by our artists with disabilities at Cogswell Street Studio, the art program of BAC; or give directly in support of a client at the “Sponsor A Client” table. However you choose to give, you will make a direct and meaningful impact to our clients.
Tickets are $35 per person in advance, or $40 per person at the door. For complete event information, or to purchase tickets, visit www.bacbrevard.com.
