Crystal Fuller, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (ISO-IA) | Director of Manufacturing and Logistics
Since joining BAC in 2022, Crystal Fuller has played a pivotal role in leading the daily operations of BAC’s 15,000-square-foot Production and Logistics Department. Her leadership combines strategic insight with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring every product that leaves BAC meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
As an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Crystal ensures that each production process aligns with the stringent requirements of BAC’s AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. She champions continuous improvement, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, uphold traceability, and elevate team performance. Her leadership style blends precision with purpose, cultivating a culture where quality is both a standard and a shared value.
