BAC Empowers Growth Through High Performing Team

Every day, BAC does more than provide employment and empowerment opportunities to individuals with disabilities. They help inspire dreams in thousands of people throughout the southeastern US and beyond. The vision of their leadership team and board of directors is focused on the programs and initiatives that will build a community where people of all abilities can experience the pride that comes with being as independent, resourceful and self-reliant as possible.

A vision that hopes to change lives for the better. BAC’s priority is people. The needs of their varied stakeholders come first, with each group being equally valued and considered in all decision making. It is with that customer centered value in mind that BAC is excited to announce the growth of their leadership team.

Susan McGrath, who has served as BAC’s Vice President of Community Relations since 2016, has embraced the opportunity to change her role within the agency to now become the Director of Business Development and Government Relations. Susan will work to elevate the importance of the social enterprise sector in providing service excellence to customers across the southeast, while creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Keri Goff Director, Community Relations
With this change, Keri Goff who has been a member of Team BAC since 2019, has been promoted to Director of Community Relations. Keri brings with her an expertise in communications and marketing. She is also a LEAD Brevard graduate and has a passion for community service paired with a drive to create a more inclusive environment for those here in Brevard.
Crystal Fuller Director of Production and Logistics
New to Team BAC is Crystal Fuller, Director of Production and Logistics. Crystal has the leadership, project management, sales, analysis and customer service skills needed to support the activities of BAC’s 15,000 square foot Production Department which include assembly, 3PL, fulfillment, shipping and light manufacturing services for its federal, state and commercial customers.

Also recently promoted is Rich Hurtado, Director of Operations. Rich has been an important member of Team BAC for 17 years supporting both production and operations. In his previous roles, Rich developed strong leadership skills and provided outstanding support to employees in the field. He will continue to focus on employee success while also supporting efforts to expand opportunities through the growth of BAC’s custodial, grounds, food service and other service contracts.

It is the largest employer of individuals with disabilities in Brevard County and the 27th largest AbilityOne producing agency in the national set-aside program providing contracted services to our federal government.
