Card Project

Supplies Needed

• WATERCOLOR PAPER THAT YOU HAVE PAINTED USING TECHNIQUE OF YOUR CHOICE
• CONSTRUCTION PAPER (OPTIONAL)
• GLUE
• SCISSORS
• OLD MAGAZINES, SCRAPBOOK PAPER, OLD CARDS. OLD PHOTOS, DOILIES, WRAPPING PAPER, (OPTIONAL)
• MARKERS
• PHOTO OF STUDENT (OPTIONAL)

Project Instructions

1. Decide who you are making this card for and what size card you would like your card to be.
2. Cut your painted watercolor paper to that size and fold in half. Another option would be to use a piece of construction paper as base of card folding it in half. The cut a smaller piece of your painted paper and glue onto the front and inside of folded construction paper. You could even cut hearts out of the painted watercolor paper and glue onto folded construction paper.
3. Cut out hearts from materials of your choice and glue onto your card.
4. Choose words for you card and create by cutting out the letters or words from magazines and gluing onto your card. Or you can handwrite with a marker a message on your card. Be sure to sign your name!
5. Remember to take a picture of your card and upload it to your Google Drive Folder along with how you liked making a card. lsorensen@bacemploy.com
