We customize our services to meet the unique, personal needs of each participant we work with. BAC partners closely with businesses to provide well-matched potential employees to fulfill employers hiring needs. As the workforce needs change, we prepare our youth and adult participants for careers in Information Technology.
LaunchIT Adult Program
LaunchIT provides solutions to two workplace challenges: filling entry-level Information Technology (IT) positions and increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities and Veterans.
By completing this comprehensive, six-month live virtual program, people of varying abilities from all over the nation earn internationally recognized certifications with the guidance of specialized mentors. Learning to be experts in their field, LaunchIT graduates enter the workplace with independence and confidence.
This six-month program is designed for veterans or adults with unique abilities over age 18 who have an interest in a career in the IT industry. The program offers two professional certification tracks led by the Codecraft Works team. Participants of both tracks will receive BAC’s intensive, wrap-around support services designed to build the soft skills needed for workforce readiness. When combined, these services will provide participants with the key tools and industry knowledge they need for successful employment.
